MEDICAL GRADE PTFE MICRO TUBING
This medical grade micro size thin wall PTFE tubing absorbs practically no common acids, bases or solvents. Do not confuse this grade of tubing with general purpose, commercial & industrial grade PTFE tubing; although it can be used in those applications. It is manufactured with a low level of extractables and is chemically inert. It can be safely used from -410°F (-277°C) TO 500°F (260°C). This translucent 58 shore D tubing is USP class VI certified. It also meets military spec #MIL-L-22129, UL-224. Do not use with molten alkali metals, fluorine or strong fluorinating agents. It can easily be autoclaved or ETO sterilized.  Tolerance ± .003″ or .076mm on ID & OD.  Manufactured in the United States.

PTFE ELECTRONIC & INDUSTRIAL GRADE MICRO TUBING
This thicker wall virgin PTFE tubing is not medical grade tubing. This translucent tubing meets UL94VO and is ideal for fiber optics, chemical & high heat environments. It will handle temperatures of -450° F to +500° F (-270° C to 260° C) Tolerance is ± .003″ or .076mm on ID & OD.  Manufactured in the United States.

PTFE LARGE DIAMETER TUBING
This PTFE grade tubing is manufactured in the United States and has an extremely smooth internal surface which allows fluids to flow with great ease. It has excellent dielectric strength. It is not as clear as PFA tubing but it does have better flexibility. It can be safely used from -410F (-277C) to 500F (260C) and is exceptionally resistant to all chemicals. This translucent 62 Shore “D” tubing meets UL 94V0 for flame retardants and FDA for food and beverage. Do not use with molten alkali metals, Fluorine or strong Fluorinating agents. It can be easily autoclaved for sterilization. Tolerance ± .005″ or ± .127mm on ID & OD.  Larger sizes are available upon request.
