DISPOSABLE SPECIMEN CONTAINERS
These non-breakable, sturdy enough for reuse specimen cups are available in translucent or white opaque and come with a matching lid. The 4 ounce container is made of hdpe, and all the other sizes are made of a lightweight copolymer called PPCO. This is a blend of polyethylene and polypropylene which offers higher temperature and impact resistance. All of these containers come with tight-fitting LLDPE lids. They are all designed to simplify and standardize the handling and storage of specimens. They are inert and cannot be attacked by formaldehyde or weak acids or bases and will resist freezing or boiling. They have long shelf lives and are easily disposable. The HDPE is a 2 recycling code and the PPCO is a 5 code.

LEAK-RESISTANT POLYPROPYLENE SAMPLE CONTAINERS CONTAINERS
High-quality non-sterile polypropylene containers are the ultimate in leak-proof sealing of samples for storage or transportation. They are ideal for hospital pneumatic tube transfer systems. Ideal for healthcare and pharmaceutical applications because of the Tite-Rite™ inner liner cap seal. They have molded graduations on the outside of the bottle. The caps are made of polyethylene.

POLYSTYRENE RIGID SAMPLE CONTAINERS
These rigid-wall polystyrene containers come with tight fitting polyethylene snap-on caps. They are excellent for storing dry materials, powders, tablets, etc. They may be used with automatic cell counters for collection of sample, and where venous samples are used, for dilution purposes. Maximum temperature polystyrene is 70°C. Approximately 16 drams per ounce.
