We offer three varieties of epoxy to meet your requirements. The GEP-105 is a flexible fast curing clear or black 2-part epoxy and the GEP-110 is a general purpose hard setting, fast curing epoxy also available in black and clear. They will both be 90% cured in 45 minutes full cure in 24 hours. The GEP-125 is a clear or black slow cure 2-part epoxy. This slow curing epoxy will be 90% cured in 3 hours and full cure in 24 hours. They are all 1 to 1 ratio products. Pint kits contain 1 pint each A and B.
MEDICAL GRADE CYANOACRYLATE ADHESIVES
These clear medical grade USP Class VI cyanoacrylate adhesives are designed for bonding all types of connectors to plastics and TFE tubing, film and sheets. They will withstand temperatures of -65°F to 200°F. When using on lubricated plastics use the Poly-Primer Surface Conditioner (PP-50).
NON-MEDICAL GRADE CYANOACRYLATE ADHESIVES
These Global Adhesives non-medical grade cyanoacrylate adhesives are designed for bonding all types of plastics, rubber and metals. They will withstand temperatures of -65°F to 200°F. The black grade have a temperature resistance up to 250°F. When using on lubricated plastics such as Teflon®, Silicone and non-polar plastics, use The Poly-Primer Surface Conditioner (PP-50).
SILICONE, ANAEROBIC & NITRILE RUBBER GASKET COMPOUNDS
Global adhesives RTV silicone gasket compounds are 100% silicone compounds. The red is an acetoxy grade good up to 600°F and the blue is an oxime cure non-corrosive grade good up to 500°F. They are both non-toxic and non-flammable and good to 300°F and is resistant to oil & gas. The amber and black nitrile rubber cements will bond plastic, paper, cardboard and steel. They are very impact resistant and will handle temperatures up to 250°F.
These Global Adhesives threadlockers are available in five grades for applications that vary from easy removable to permanent locking. They meet military specification MIL-S-46163 and ASTM standard D5363.
