MICRO EMULSIFYING NEEDLES

These 304 stainless steel emulsifying needles are manufactured in the United States and are fitted with standard female luer hubs on each end.  They are used to emulsify through pressure allergens and other media that differ in viscosity.  They can also be used in the mixing of adjuvants, antigens, and oil-based liquids.  By locking two syringes onto the double hub needles, liquids like mineral oil and emulsifying agents may be readily pumped through the needle to produce a uniform mixture.  Cannula length is 1 7/8″ . Total length is 3 1/8″

REINFORCED MICRO EMULSIFYING NEEDLES

These double-reinforced micro emulsifying needles have a second 3/16″ diameter tube that jackets the smaller gauge stainless tube inside.  It allows for higher pressures to be used to emulsify.  They are ideal for mixing allergens, adjuvants, antigens, and oil-based liquids where liquid media varies in viscosity.  Cannula length is 3″.  Total length is 4″ long.
