MEDICAL GRADE MICRO-URETHANE TUBING

This micro-urethane tubing has a hardness of 85 Shore “A” and is designed for use in animal laboratory experimental applications where intravascular thrombosis is a concern.  Our urethane resin tubing is extremely blood compatible. It was designed to reduce blood platelet and other blood related deposit attachment to the walls of the tubing. It is very flexible, abrasion resistant and has outstanding life expectancy. Tolerance on the BB520-10 is ± .0015″ and the ID and OD. The tolerance for BB520-10 through BB520-50 ±.002″ on the ID and OD. The tolerance is .003″ on the ID and OD for BB520-65 to BB520-160.   Manufactured in the United States.

LARGE MEDICAL GRADE POLYURETHANE TUBING

This extremely kink-free 85 Shore “A” durometer ether based tubing is very flexible and resistant to abrasion and scuffing.  This ether based tubing meets USP Class VI testing, NSF 61 and UL94HB.  It is sterilizable by gamma radiation, chemical sterilization or E-Beam. This tubing has a temperature range of -40° F to 165° F.  Do not autoclave.  The tolerance for this tubing is ± .005″ on the ID & OD.  Manufactured in the United States.

GENERAL PURPOSE FDA APPROVED POLYURETHANE TUBING

This ether-based polyurethane tubing is manufactured in the United States and has a hardness of 85 Shore “A” durometer.  The tubing is very flexible and resistant to abrasion and tearing.  It is extremely resistant to water, air, chemical and petroleum based products.  This ether based tubing is FDA compliant for food contact.  It will withstand temperatures of -100°F to 175°F.  The tolerance for this tubing is ± .005″ on the ID & OD.  Manufactured in the United States.

ABRASION RESISTANT ESTER BASED POLYURETHANE TUBING

This is an Abrasion Resistant Ester-Based Polyurethane Tubing that has a hardness of 85 Shore “A”.  it is very flexible and resistant to abrasion and tearing.  It is resistant to air, bleach and food and can be sterilized with gas.  It meets FDA Specification #CFR21 177.2600.  It will withstand temperatures of -70° to 175°F.  Warning: Water will degrade this tubing.  Use an ether based polyurethane in applications where water is used.  The tolerance for this tubing is ± .005″ on the ID & OD.  Manufactured in the United States.
