FEP HEAT SHRINK TUBING

SCI fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) heat shrink tubing is preferred for its lower shrink temperature, greater flexibility, optical clarity & lower costs.  The clarity of FEP is ideal for medical applications where visual inspection of jacketed components is required.  This FEP jacket protects parts from high heat, chemicals, abrasion, and moisture.

This tubing is supplied in the expanded state and when heat of 420°F (215°C) it will shrink by roughly 15-20% on small tubing and 20-25% on the larger diameters.  This is referred to as 1.3:1 ratio.  Upon special request, we can also supply 1.6:1 and additional sizes.  Manufactured in the United States.  Contact us at 800-331-7724.
