ETCHED ONE SIDE PTFE SHEET STOCK

These etched PTFE sheets are manufactured from non-stick virgin PTFE and are used as a top for workbenches, industrial gaskets, wear surfaces, drainboards, sinks, and shelf liners.  They are non-porous and non-absorbent and therefore will not retain odors.  The etched one-side virgin PTFE has the same characteristics as our virgin non-etched sheet. The etching process follows the guidelines for ASTM 2491D. PTFE has a temperature range of -320° F to +500° F. No surface conditioner is required when using one-sided etched PTFE films. Use SCI Cat.# RBRC-32 Rubber Cement for semi-permanent and SCI Cat.# GSI-100 for permanent bonds. The sheets meet USDA 21CFR 177.1550, UL-94, and AMS 3652. If a cert is required to meet this AMS specification, the material must be purchased and sent to an independent lab for testing and x-rays, at an additional cost. Manufactured in the United States.
